Paul Frank has partnered with CCN to implement this IP authorization and anti-counterfeiting management system for its apparel and other products. This collaboration has removed the traditional barriers between the brand and its licensees, creating a transparent and integrated authorization ecosystem.

Furthermore, by integrating CCN’s unique “one product, one code” technology, each Paul Frank garment is equipped with a brand-exclusive anti-counterfeiting label. Consumers can easily scan the code with their smartphones to verify authenticity. This not only enables effective anti-counterfeiting and targeted enforcement against fakes but also strengthens brand trust and leaves a distinctive promotional impression on consumers.

IP Authorization Anti-Counterfeiting Management System

In recent years, the upgrade of Paul Frank's apparel products has garnered sustained consumer attention, with brand recognition and sales continuing to rise. However, the issue of counterfeit goods persists, posing a thorny problem for both the brand and its consumers. This time, CCN’s IP authorization and anti-counterfeiting management system has effectively and efficiently addressed this challenge for Paul Frank. The IP brand owner exercises strict management over its authorized partners. Authorized partners must apply to the brand owner for the use of anti-counterfeiting labels based on their product circumstances. Only after approval will the warehouse issue instructions for label allocation and arrange label printing. Once authorized partners receive the anti-counterfeiting labels, they affix them to clothing tags or product packaging. After labeling, the products proceed to the sales stage. This interlinked process establishes a transparent authorization pool. If a purchased product lacks an anti-counterfeiting label, it is considered "counterfeit" or sold through non-compliant channels. The IP authorization control system, centered on one-item-one-code technology, ensures that every legitimately authorized garment is equipped with an anti-counterfeiting tag. Consumers can scan the code to verify authenticity after purchase, thereby enhancing their trust in the brand and its products.
